“Started from the bottom, now we’re here”

Last November 20, 2013 I was invited and 4 other bloggers to participate in the Uniqlo Style Challenge, it was held at Robinson’s Place Manila (see my previous post about it here). It was definitely fun! How I wish I could get more stuff from Uniqlo haha Anyway, I’ve been very busy with school that’s why I haven’t updated any of my social networking sites (twitter, instagram *though I don’t usually update it* and of course, this blog), good thing this term is almost over! And I’m very happy because I passed my first thesis defense! 🙂
On to my outfit post!
During the event, we – the bloggers were tasked to create a “Flash Fashion” look. It took me a lot of time in choosing the clothes because Uniqlo offers various clothes that you can wear in different events but of course with a proper styling, how versatile, right? And it’s very light and affordable! And here’s the outfit I came up, I layered up and opted to tone it down by wearing shades of gray and black and mixed it with colored prints to make the outfit more interesting. A very versatile outfit, if you’re planning to go out at night and you’re wearing this kind of outfit during the day, you can just remove the sweater, leave some buttons unbuttoned to get that relaxed look and change your sneakers to a more decent shoes. I can even wear this kind of outfit for a meeting, just incorporate a tie and a blazer and finish it off by wearing a nice pair of dress shoes *well, that was actually my outfit during my thesis defense haha*, What do you guys think of this look? 🙂
